I think that to be happy at all times is a sing of mental disorder. I belive that our emotions are responses to the enviroment and it's strange to be constantly happy and positive when something bad happens to you it means that you are not in touch with the present reallity

If you do not desire for happiness, then you can always be happy. Most people want to welcome happiness, but they turn their backs on unhappiness. But unhappiness and happiness go hand in hand. When you welcome both without any desire for one and without any condemnation for the other, then a very great happiness will enter into you and from then on, you can always be happy, without a single moment of break.

well do something that makes you happy..you might be having some hobbies right?..do that..be social and hang out with friends...watch movies...watch funny videos...do all these things and you'd feel good..hanging out with friends really hits the spot for me..and i love meditation and watch movies...it helps keep me feel good most of the time..

Try having sweets for a whole day. No other flavor just sweet right from the dawn till you got to sleep. You won't be content with how your day went by. Salt was missing from your day. Similar is the case with happiness and sorrow ... Try to accept it and you'll be at peace my friend.
Ciao.

I think its totally normal, that sometime we feel happy, sometime we feel sad, i mean we live not in Paradise that all the time we can be happy, or in Hell, that all the time feeling sad. So i just enjoy every time i feeling happy, and 'enjoyed' too, when i feeling sad.
