the subject I like to share with you and join me which is the subject of people and shopping.
I say that the patterns of people behavior, be fun and love of shopping and lots consider it by itself, the fun of the earthly pleasures.
One of the negative effects of this habit, is to increase the spending limit for families.
Please take advantage of your personal experiences, how to get rid of this habit, and minimize the costs of shopping.

Hiya taheraa,
Usually I half the amount I have for the week and add up what I am spending when I am going around the store. Most times this will work and stop me and make me look for alternatives to buy instead of the more expensive things which by the way are getting to become more unhealthy anyway.
Example hamburgers they have not had any decent hamburgers for weeks now and not even minced meat is around much.
Apart from that if I want to buy something I will save at least half the money and buy it when the time is right so I do have to wait an awfully long time for some things.

I agree with you that it's human nature, sometimes his desire to not stop shopping and buys things not in need of it, but it is better to be this nature within reasonable limits.

Exactly that is why I do what I do that way I donĀ“t go shopping for everything I want. I cannot buy everything I want being so far out from everywhere anyway so it does put the brakes on in a way but it does not stop me from wanting to buy things like everyone else.xxx

When i need to buy something, i take my time to window shop first. But if there is no need for me to buy something, i don't go to the malls, so i won't be having an impulsive shopping which can really wreck my budget.

Hi, SIMPLYD:
Yes, and I also write a paper of what the house needs, of the things that I want to buy. This limits the desire to buy things that are not needed by the House.

Yes, i always have a shopping list with me. But i also have a "budget" for a thing or two that i would like to buy that's not in the list.

I do window shopping when I am very short of money. I like to use a website called Money Supermarket to compare the price of food and drinks that I want to buy. I go to three different supermarkets most usually to get the cheapest ones. I love to drink Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice and it costs 1.50 at one supermarket. It costs 2.28 at one of the other supermarkets. I take a shopping list with me when I go out food shopping. I restrict how much I am spending. Food prices are rising in my home country and some products are getting smaller.

Hi,
Great, I'm sure that this approach, which you work in the shopping is the best way:
Search for the lowest price for each what you want to buy.
Making a written statement of things you want to buy before you go shopping.
That great method only makes us buy the things we need really rather than the things we want, and there is a big difference, makes us do not waste our money on things that are not necessary and keep some money for the future.

Making a budget of how much you can spend shopping is the first step. I think making a shopping list and sticking to it is an important way to keep within a budget. A well thought out shopping list is very important.

Hi,
I agree with you completely, first working budget of what can be purchased when shopping, and the second step is to make a list of shopping.
And then be what we want from shopping is all we need, not what we want.
Or the other concept, make priorities, For necessities and not for Perfectionism things.

I don't have my own family yet, but I have actually felt and noticed bad sides of shopping. I like shopping, because I'm an item person, and I have so many hobbies, like reading, make-up, fashion, music, DIY things, candles... and I usually treat myself if I feel sad or if I achieved something, and it gives a nice feeling. But now I've made a plan for spending less, and I'm doing good so far.

Hi,
This planning will be good for you at the present time, so that you have your family. But I think that shopping in itself is a hobby for most individuals, whether in his own person or had a family.

I am sort of window shopper. Usually, when I want to go shopping badly, I would check online shops and try to pick one I like in thousands products. After going through different kinds of products and spending much time, I just don't want to buy it! I only put all the things I want in my shopping cart and close the computer with satisfaction.

Hi, michellegogo:
Yes, you do, eliminate the unbridled desire for bad shopping habits.
But I have a question, do you keep on your inventory that you have the needs of the house.

Sorry, I don't really understand your question. Do you mean that now that I am a window shopper, how can I buy the stuff when I really NEED them?
If you are asking me that, I can share my experience with you. One Japanese writer once said, only keep the things that make you heart beat, things that you really need and love. Likewise, if the next time or the next next time, when I check my shopping cart, I still want the thing badly, I would buy it!

What i mean that we should keep what we actually need, not what we want. Because ease with shopping through the window, it may make us choose things we do not need.

As I have gotten older, my interest in shopping has waned. Usually if I go shopping now it's for something needed.

Too much is bad and so, if we always think about ourselves like shopping all the time, just for us, well, we have also to consider that we have family too. We could treat them if we want to, but of course, if our family were asking too much like money or anything else, well, they have also to consider that we have a life too. They have to consider that we need also something for ourselves not only for them.

Hi,
Shopping is fun. There's no more fun than breaking my back to raise the amount and when I have pocketed the money, going down to the mall and grab that object I have been drooling on for such a long time. The vision of me riding down the mall and getting the one I want is one of my constant inspiration in work, I make it through every difficult task daily by clinging to that vision in the future. Oftentimes, the object of my desire pasted on my desktop make for a constant reminder that I would not get it if I go lax in my work. Then, when shopping time comes around, the fun begins.

I love to go shopping, but right now I am working here online, to earn my money so later on I can have money, to go shopping with, I want to buy things I need for my apartment, so there is a lot of money, I like to save up first, so when I do go shopping for the things I need, I just go shopping, and not worry about not having enough money to get what I need.

Hi,
the problem, that people, even if they have enough money for shopping, they persevere to buy the things they want, not the things that they need, and this risk lead to the loss of all the money and do not save anything for the future.
