Can you imagine living a life with full of stress. I know this cannot be prevented since it is really normal for us to experience some stress once in our life.
But how do you manage to handle it especially if you're in the middle of a stressful life.
Life is too short to be unhappy, so let's always be happy and be optimistic.

All of us may be having a stressful life this days, so in handling this, you really have to manage your time and be positive. Just be happy and don't mind that stress. Just live your life to the fullest and don't waste your time minding that stressful life.

Prayers are a great help and help reduce stress to a great extent. It is because you are actually handing over your problems to God whom you beleive in. walking and allowing your eyes to see nature is also helpful as you tend to forget your pressures.

Hi! When I am stressed, I often take a walk or just try to find some quiet time so I can work through whatever is bothering me. Why? It is often a better choice than flying off the handle and saying something I would regret later. I need to know what I am in control of and how best to deal with the situation. Once I feel that way, the stress is not as overwhelming.
For example; money and bills are a major source of stress so rather than wringing your hands about it, get your bills together and write them down. See which ones you can pay off first while working on the others until they are all paid. Also, use coupons that you know you will need as they can be a major savings. If you can stay disciplined, you will get ahead. Health? Start walking more and say no to chocolate. I'm not saying it has to be completely out (I'd be insane to say so) but needs a limit.
Hope this helps!

Everyone have stressful part of their life and the level of the stressful are different from one to one. Moreover, the ability of people todeal with stressful are different as well.
It is easy to say life is too short to live your life stressful but uncer certan situation you can't take yourself out of the stressful part and need a hand of someone to take you out.
Wish you all the happy life...

I just try and remind myself of what is most important to me. To remind myself of what I want out of life and to focus on those things. Sometimes it can be hard to make our life simple but I think that helps in so many ways. I'm working on simplifying my life as well as my attitude towards things. My priorities has to be taking care of my daughter, and support myself. So I have to make sure that my goals resolve around those things. To reevaluate and make sure nothing is leading me in a different direction or then I know that I need to take that part out.

You can be as bussy as you like. Scedule/plan your days. Also plan relaxing time, at what time you read, watch tv, eat (sit down when you do so), meet friends. Plan time in between you do nothing (so you don't run out of time if something comes in between). Learn to say NO and pamper yourself.

I think stress is a result of too much thinking and the mind is under pressure to perform. If you can relcae the thoughts with something pleasant and soothing the stress is reduced. But if you can elimiante thoughts for say, 15 minutes where you close your eyes and sitting absoltely still, the results will be amazing. meditation is just that, doing nothing, thinking nothing.

I usually try to hold onto things that calm me down. Whether it is a nice pampering night with a bubble bath, a nice body lotion and nice smelling candles with soothing scents, or a good book, or some nice music, or writing a novel, I'm trying to incorporate a relieving activity to my day every single day if I'm in a stressful situation. It helps a lot.

Well, here was a time when I found life very stressful and I needed someone to talk to. I got the name of a psychologist who said that he was very good. I was so happy that I went to him. From what I have been told, not all psychologist are pleasant to got to. This one was so understanding and so warm, he made me feel so much better. It is important if you are going to spend the money on a psychologist that you go to someone who has empathy.

Life is really full of stress. My life has been full of stress lately but I have learned not to let everything get to me and to pray to the good Lord above and everything will be okay.

well the only way to reduce stress in us is by doing things that we enjoy..it can be anythin that makes us feel good..can be anything from skating to reading...20 minuted of yoga and meditation everyday reduces stress a lot...excercising everyday is the one of the best ways..because exercising releases endorphins which reduces stress...i love hitting the gym and weight lifting..but running everyday or meditation everyday..these are the best ways to reduce stress.
