International Media is 100% Blind...I have proof??? DOWN WITH THEM!

What a shame! I have been sure for a long time that the media (manipulated by those with power)make violence grow and hathred grow so that they can get the best for themselves. I think that if we respect each other, we can hope to live in a decent planet. But I will not ask my neighbor to start: I will start being respectful myself. It is a shame that children are hurt. It is a shame that so many innocent people are hurt. The real killers don`t go to wars: they send innocents after a brainwash

I agree...all Muslims are terrorists, and all Hindus are rapists..lol Its not media...its the mindset of people. Strangely, it didnt get attached to Germans despite the genocide. May be it is new form of yellow journalism, or may be people are now so hard pressed for time due to shortage of jobs in over populated world, that they dont think much...ok...so couple of people from that community did it? Fine...label them all like that...next...nobody wants to spare time for THINKING. LOL

The media probably considered this a local story, not big enough to share with the world.

HI Tushavi don't trust the media then or made a new media which infiltrate your thoughts and plant it to the whole world I know it is not easy to do that but that is the only way to fight all the false consciousness all this time

actually Media is attacking not only Muslims but Christians as well. Media kinda sides with the Atheist if you notice. Media wanted people to be secular.

I really hate reading the news. All I read about is crime and wars. I' beginning that people are like some animals. Many of them just cannot get along with other people unless they are like them. People, sometimes act like little children. must get along with each other or the world will eventually will go back to the dinosaur age.

I total agree with you Tushavi the media made the Muslim look bad, why would you kill a lot of innocent people for a mistake of a few. The only thing the media is talking about is how American soldiers are get killed in Iraq and not of how many Muslim people are being killed. Why haven't the soldiers been removed from Iraq because I never understood why a war was started in the first place when the country was not even responsible.

Might be not all muslims are terrorist but the problem is that if we hear about wars, attacks, terrorism Always muslims are involved. Also if it comes to a lack of tolerance. If it's about beating up women who have a silent walk (Egypt for example) for the same rights it's again muslim men who run into them and beat them up. Sorry to say but if this is the way muslims do promote themselves you can't help seeing them that way. As long as muslims show themselves this way, are that agressive and have too less interest in the rest of the world, are not able to respect other people their believes or opinions, it will stay this way. Nothing will change. At this moment I only see muslims this way: as terrorist or as far of intelligent (see my example about what happend in Egypt). Everybody has the freedom to believe what he/she believes. The Islam is the last "invented"/develop believe. Long before there were already other believes which can not be denied. If you are sure about your own believe, your god, about your god his goodness, rights, why bothering that much and setting up others to kill those who don't believe the same as you do? If god is that good, that great he doesn't need some human beings to do his job. Also most muslims are way more agressive as people from other believes. I wonder how come. Is it possible they are not that sure about their own believe? They feel threatened and this is the reason why they Always have to fight, start never ending wars? I wish you a nice day as well.

I am sorry that one group is being blamed and portrayed in a bad light due to the actions of a few bad people. I am from the U.S. and even to this day have tried to understand Muslims. Being Catholic, I always appreciate how the religion reveres Mary and sees Jesus as a prophet. There are many other similarities. Just so you know, not all of us who hear a Muslim sounding name react as if we've just met a terrorist. When I was in college back in the early to mid-eighties - I had lots of friends from many places all over the world. One good friend was from Pakistan. Another from India. I learned quite a lot about their countries. to be honest, I am more afraid of the crazies in our country who go around shooting small children in a school.

I know, and thats sadly true. And what we can do? I think its better for each of us, Muslems to just be a good person, and show them, that we are not like what media portrayed and told. And i always hate terrorist! :P in here they were even bombed Mosque when we doing Jum'ah Prayer. And yet they calling them self as 'Muslems' too! Hah!

Nowadays media cares only about selling. The "Bible" of journalism says that they should research and only write the truth. The truth is that the papers and news channels are politically manipulated! They only write for money!

I hate when people overgeneralise other people of a certain religion, race, political view, and create panic. I can vomit from it. Such as there are really extremist radical die-hard Muslims, there are those kinds of people from Jews, Christians, Scientologists etc. too, and they are not better or worse than the other. I hate when one group like this is separated and attacked so badly.

Hello Tushavi! I don't really understand how media and even movies make out that Muslims are all bad people. Anywhere you go visit, there will always be some bully or even murderer there. I really don't know what else to say but I think it is sick how people judge others because they base it off what they see on television or something they heard that was probably not even true. Maybe it because SOME Muslims have shown no mercy when it comes to Christians in their country. Maybe it is because SOME Muslims kill each other for such things as honor. There would be a lot more killings over here if we were to kill because of honor killings.

Your first responder has a good point--Christians are also subject to the media's bias. But to address your point first, yes the media has sought to make the world think all Muslims are like the terrorists. We don't know if regular, everyday Muslims agree with those actions or are horrified by them because normal Muslims are ignored by the media. The stupid people who believe the lies are beyond help because they care about nothing other than their own narrow little world and won't trouble themselves to investigate what they are hearing. The media does the same to Christians. In my country, they depict us as fanatics that want to tell people how to live their lives. The government forbids any public expression of our faith. We cannot have nativity scenes at Christmas if an atheist or other person protests and now they are taking our most Holy Day, Easter, and trying to erase it from any mention, reducing it to a yearly egg hunt for children. If a person prays before eating he can successfully be sued but this is only for Christians. Muslims, Buddhists, Satanists, and other religions are left alone for the most part and even encouraged. So you see, you are not alone. I understand your frustration and anger. The best thing you can do is set a good example and show people that the average Muslim is a person just like anyone else--one that loves their family, wants to live in peace and practice their religion and way of life without being harassed or bothering anyone else. In the end, the people in the media will have to answer a higher authority.

The almighty is stronger than the media,so appeal to him for giving good sense to the media.Do it with full faith.Then you will see wonders.Let us join together and pray against this injustice.Prayer can move mountains .
