I believe that education does play a role in one's success, but it's not the only thing that matters. I feel like luck and knowing a lot of people are very important nowadays. Having the right connections may land you a job that you may be very successful in. With the job market now, a lot of people that come out of college with years of education and degrees can't even find a job. Sometimes I wish success was directly related to education.

I think education is needed to be successful, yes! But education not always make people become successful, it depends on the person, i think what make people success are they hard will, and hard works. Lot of people being successful after being dropped out, for example: Bill Gates (Co-founder of Microsoft) dropped out from Harvard, Mark Zuckerberg (Chairman and CEO of Facebook) dropped out from Harvard, Steve Jobs (Co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Apple Inc, and Pixar) dropped out from Reed College. So i think it depends on the person, not their education.

Education plays a very important in success but we can't say that education is the only thing that is important for success or nobody can be successful without education. We can see numerous personalities in our day to day life where many well educated persons are struggling and there are many successful people who are not that much educated. I think hard work (and a bit of luck) also matters a lot. I feel that the role of education is that it creates a platform for u to launch or in other words it may make your road to success a bit easier. everything else is a person's hard work and his dedication to work
