It was funny to me

One night I was just sitting there in my room switching from channel to channel and was not really thing on the television much and I was getting tired of watching the same thing over and over so I started watching this old movie and saw Jack Nicholsan and he looked so so young and just the way he was acting in the movie was cracking me up they were all in a mental hospital with some nurse talking to them and they were all laughing and had put a lit cigarette up the bottom of this guys pants and it was so funnny to me because he did not realize it for a few minutes and then the nurses thought he was going crazy but he was not he leg was burning l.o.l. So I asked My Mother was that the movie One who flew over the cucuoos nest? She said yeas and said she hated that movie and for some reason I could not stop laughing and she kept saying o please I hate that movie and then finally she started to laugh after maybe 10 minutes of me not being able to stop laughing! I just loved seeing Javk in his young age and the way he acted in that movie just his facial expressions were great! Do you know this movie? What did you think of it?

it is quite crazy which had been done here but i am yet to see this awesome movie for sure and if i get a chance will watch it entirely

I was l.m.a.o. I did not get to see the whole movie but I heard it was sad at the end but I will be looking to buy it somewhere!

I definitely remember that movie it was so funny and sad too. Jack Nicholson was great in this movie. In fact, the movie won alot of awards at the Oscars. I believe it was Michael Douglas who won for best director. With you talking about this movie I think I now want to watch it again. The sad part was when the indian guy kills himself. Nurse Hatchet was so mean too the patients. Otherwise it was funniest seeing Jack play a mental patient.

I loved it but I did not get to watch the whole movie didn't know that the Indian guy did that, that is sad.

I absolutely love that movie! IMHO one of Nicholson's best performances. My favorite character was, of course, Nurse Rachett. Amazing performance! There were a lot of "unknown" later to be "stars" in that movie....Danny DeVito, Christopher Lloyd, Bruno Kirby to name a few. I think I understand why your mom hated that movie though. It's a tough subject, particularly if someone knows someone with a mental illness. The fact is, Nicholson's character wasn't crazy at all and his struggle to prove it and get "free" is hard for sensitive people to watch. I understand why you laughed so much. It has a lot of funny moments. However, the end makes me cry. Still does even though I've seen the film ten times or more. When "Chief" finally breaks out so he can be free.........Love it. Absolutely love it and see why it was one of the most Oscar nominated movies.

Me too and Chief was great too in the movie abousolutely great movie! l.o.l. I never got to see the end I fell asleep but it is in my plans to buy this movie!!

Its a great movie and story of this movie has been used by so many other directors but no one ever reached the perfection this movie has.Jack Nicholson did a great job in this one.

Ha ha ha, it was indeed a funny incident. Actually there are certain funny scenes in some movies that is so rib ticklish that u cannot do anything but laugh your heart out. I know that your mother never liked that movie but then even she could not control her laughter after seeing you burst in such a way. I have never watched that movie before.
