The sole winner of the Powerball jackpot of $338 million dollars owes $29000 in back child support. What the heck? I thought if this happens then the lotto is suppose to pull that amount out of the winnings and then give hime the rest. I mean heck the guys is now a millionaire hopefully he will take care of his kids. But then again you have those idiots that don't pay.

I agree. Just like people on welfare who win the lottery. Id make them pay all the welfare money back...

Very sad. The sob should have paid for his kids rather than buy lottery tickets. Just like a man.
