Coupon 101

Do any of you use coupons? After watching extreme couponing on netflix, I decided I will try couponing. Have signed up to a couponing101 blog and started following her steps on how to get started. I have cut up last Sunday's coupons and have placed them in a binder, alphabetically by product. Now I'm not so sure what to do next. Do I wait for when there are good sales going on in the store? or just try using them a little at a time? Would love you input thanks!
