Recently I came to know from someone that we can avoid cancer cells mutate in our body. I am very glad to receive such valuable information and would like to share here. 1. Have deep breathing exercises - this will enable us to receive more oxygen into our body. Cancer cells cannot survive in oxygen. One may do Qi Gong breathing exercises or go for morning walk and stop at intervals to do deep breathing. You may breath in with four counts and then breath our at four counts as well. 2. Beware on any intake of toxin into our body and go for food/drinks/juices that are of alkaline. As cancer cells survive in Acidic as well as toxin environment in our body. 3. Maintain a stress free mind. Stress will increase acid in our body and this is the main cause of various sickness in our body. Have a happy mind and a merry heart - does good like a medicine. These are very good information for us to prevent cancer cells mutate in our body. I totally agree with you that we need regular exercise. Apart of the options you have, to keep our body fit, walking or jogging for 30 minutes daily can help reduce risk of cancer too. Our food intake is also very important, as food habits and lifestyle will reduce the risk of cancer too. Cancer is a disease that no one ever wants to hear. However, it is a common belief that cancer cells mutate may be genetic or due to environmental problems that add to the risk of cancer. Hence, we should consume organic foods as it is much healthier and contains natural nutrients. Besides, fruits and vegetables helps reduces the risk of cancer development; such as figs, blueberries, grapes, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower. I have read from health information on cancer prevention that states green, orange, and yellow fruits and vegetables are able to fight against cancer. Greater cancer-fighters vegetables and fruits are avocados, carrots, mushrooms, papayas and raspberries. Try to consume more raw and steamed vegetables because once you cooked them, 30-85% of the nutrients are lost and will not be able to kill the bad cells. Furthermore, do not over consume animal fats and red meat as they are not ideal and can increase risk of cancer. Take more clean poultry and fish. Let us all live a healthy lifestyle and reduce the risk of cancer spreading.

I really appreciate your efforts in giving us so much valuable information to keep our body healthy so to avoid and keep this unwanted disease away from us[em]thumbup[/.em]. Yes, we need to have proper food intake and exercise regularly to keep our body fit to prevent this sickness inflicted upon us. Taking various color food are a good option for us especially the organic fruits and vegetables. As this also can avoid toxin get into our body. Hi alpha9180, I am very happy to note all your sharing on some ways to avoid cancer cells mutate in our body. Cancer may inflicted on one through genetic which we cannot avoided or through our negligence for not taking care of our body. Everyone of us has certain amount of cancer cells in our body. There are inactive and will react in an adaptable condition. Hence, it is important that we take care of our body to maintain a regular exercise especially in the morning to breath in fresh air. Most of our breathing are very shallow breathing. So, what you have shared is of utmost important that is to have deep breathing as we need sufficient amount of oxygen in our blood to keep cancer cells at bay.

Yeah, I do agree with you that most of our breathing are very shallow. That is the reason why we need to do some exercises to breath in deeply to get adequate amount of oxygen. Health is wealth. So, we need to take care our body by keeping it fit by eating healthy food and regular exercise. It is true that some cancer are of genetic which we cannot avoid it. But, we need to do our part the best we can and be responsible for our body.

thank you. i have had cancer a few times now and all that is very good advice. i wonder if mine came from low oxygen and if thats why they say smoking causes cancer? because thats why i got it ... smoking... although now ive quit and breath much better. so perhaps i will not get it again.

I am very happy that you have defeated this unwanted sickness! If you do not have family history of cancer patient so it could be your body is not fighting the cancer cells well in the past due to certain health reasons. It is good that you have quit smoking...[em]thumbup[/.em]. Smoking causes a lot of toxin deposited in our body. Cancer cells are surviving well in toxic environment and mutates well. I hope you will continue to stay healthy and eat healthily and do not forget to take deep breathing whenever you can. The best is do it in the early morning where there is fresh air !

Hello alpha, Deep breathing is something I am doing more of just lately as I cannot exercise too much because of an injured shoulder its about half healed so I cannot risk lifting that arm too much or too high either. I do qi gong walking well its hardly the way they do it but I just imitate what I can and try to bring mindfulness into it as well. Not perfect but getting there bit by bit. Its very hard to maintain a good diet when proper food is so expensive so I try to use lentils and white beans a lot and tomatoes now they are more eatable. The mind plays a lot in that kind of illness as well you are right about that. Above all I stay away from those tetra brik juices that are loaded with sugar and citric acid to top these have to be one of the worst things out to drink. Before they were more healthy but I read the label one day and its now loaded with all kinds of things most of us have never heard of. Another thing is to get out early in the morning if you can and gulp all the fresh air you can even if you feel terrible because it calms you down and you are able to breath better. Cannot think of anything else really at the moment you have put loads of information here that is very interesting mine is just ordinary advice.xxx

You have given us good advice too! I am glad that you are doing qi gong walking. This is a marvelous exercise! The easiest way to breath deep is get out early in the morning like you have shared. Take some deep breathing in and out in the fresh air...This is free and will not cost us anything money. But it takes our persistent effort to do it regularly. I do agree with you that proper/good food are rather expensive. Perhaps you could blend some green leafy vegetable with cucumber and tomatoes and drink it. This is also good to keep cancer cells at bay. You may not like the taste initially but eventually you will get use to it. Nice sharing from you and happy maylotting!

Yes, they are simple and very practical for everyone to do it in daily life. I am glad that I can learn and practice them persistently and with consistency especially the deep breathing [em]happy[/.em]. Health is wealth. Once our health is gone, there is no way for us to strive and face challenges in this world. We may also not be able to enjoy life with those around us.

Your post is really helpful! We should be really doing those things to have a very healthy body. We all have those cancer cells in our body however, they are not active, unless they get the opportunity to attack our immune system, then it gets out of hand and thus ending up with a form of cancer.

Yeah, you are right we all have those cancer cells in our body. These cancer cell gets to be active and mutates in those environment and thus weaken our immunity in time to come. So, it is good that we all take heed to take care of our body before it is too late [em]happy[/.em]

Hi, It is very important information. Because cancer is very deadly disease. It is very important to avoid cancer cells mutate in our body. We should prevent cancer. Prevention of cancer is many times better than cure. Because for curing cancer treatment is very painful.
