I have been waking up early coz the things I have to do, start early but I do finish so early as well. The thing is I am used to sleeping late. I still sleep late even if i wake up early. i just have a long nap when I am done with my day. But I never seem to get that fresh and rejuvenated feeling. Fo the first time in a couple of months, i got to have at least 10 hours of non- stop sleep. I must say the world seemed to have changed immensely!:) I hope to get my body trained sleeping early soon.

I do agree! I mean, sometimes I can sleep for 10 hours straight, too if I have the time. It's so good when you can have a good night's sleep and get up refreshed and renewed... I can guarantee it does more wonders to the skin than those so-called miracle worker face creams and anti-wrinkle solutions. I mean, today I got up early for university, but found out that we are on spring break. Oh my, I was sooo glad that I could get back into bed.

You are right with the effect on the skin. When I was studying I get these black marks below my eyes all the time coz I was always fully loaded with units. I also worked part time. But as soon as I got a good long hours of sleep then they just go away instantly.
Now that I am older these dark spots become bulges. But yeah, the skin just smoothens and feels like it is glowing when I get to complete 8 hours in bed. Some could sleep for less than that everyday but they still seem alright. With me, it has to be 8 or more...

Yes your right, having a good night sleep before would makes us more energetic. Ready to tackle anything because we have fully recovered the strength we have exerted the previous day, just like what a fully charged battery does, he he. But, haven't you noticed that as we ages, sometimes we hardly get enough sleep. Either we wakes up early or sleep late.

Hi.i usually go 2 bed around 1 in the morning then spend an hour listening to music on my headphones until im tired enough to go straight to sleep.im then up at 8 in the morning with my kids so i only get around 6 hours sleep a night.its quite tiring during the day, particularly as my children are still young.they are 2 and 3 so they have alot of energy and are always on the go.
