Cremation or Burial

In my country we have a lot of respect for our departed dear ones. We always not only bury them but also bury them where their ancestors were buried. However, of late, the elite, and ironically these are the people with money, have departed from this and started "burning" their departed dear ones. Where has the old respect gone? Would you like to be roasted or buried?

I wouldn't like to roasted.. It's not really in our ancestry to cremate people but it would be okay for me if I was to be cremated when I die. It's not a big deal, because then my brothers can use my urn like how Undertaker would.

i want to be buried. if by chance i am buried alive, i would rather go that way than by being burnt alive. i have a big fear of that.

cremation is the general practice in india and they have religious reasons behind this. those who do this just becasue it is "chic" cannot be condemned too. if they can afford to pay the high fees of cremation, then it is their business.
there is another side to this. would you rather turn to dust in a few minutes or would you rather be buried and allow the worms to slowly eat away your body? sounds bizarre, right?
so you see, it really is not up to us to judge the actions of others. there are always two sides in a coin.
