I Got My Papers To Move :(

I though I was going to be Excited, to get my papers for when, I am ready to move but when I read the letter, I was very disappointed, I am on a waiting list, and I will waiting to get my apartment in 5 years, I want to move now, not wait 5 year to get and apartment, looks like I am going to have to, go out and get my own apartment, and put up with the high rent, it should be that bad, I will make it my business to start looking next week.

So sorry to hear this. My brother has the same thing here in Mexico. Was 4 years, but hes down to 2 1/2.

its so sad and believe me waiting list really stressful .
they always change the list and do some fixes .i hate waiting actually and it depress me .but sometimes waiting is the best choice if there is nothing to do.
i wish you can get your own apartment soon

I was really looking forward to moving to, now I have to do all this waiting, for an apartment to come through, you are right the waiting is stressful, so I have to go and find my own apartment, I did see one apartment I want to move into, then I will be happy.

5 years that is such a long time 
I understand that you don't want to wait 5 years, and I hope that you will manage to find a different apartment where you don't have to wait that long 
When my ex-boyfriend and I broke up a signed up for an apartment, and the waiting lists were crazy. It was completely impossible to get an apartment there unless you were willing to wait several years. The people who already lived in the apartments mostly stayed there and when an apartment was finally empty there were hundreds of people waiting in front of me. I left the waiting list when my husband and I bought our house, if I hadn't done that I would probably still be waiting....
