I love chicken rice!

When I had a vacation in Singapore, I always eat chicken rice. It is a Chinese food which I like best. If I have a chance to cook this food, I will do it probably. But unfortunately, I don't know how to do it because I have no recipes on how to cook it.
Do you have an idea on how to cook Chicken rice! I really miss that kind of foods.

maybe i already taste it because i am not that familiar with that taste,the rice that i had eat before that i really appreciated was the yang chow rice that we can usually see in the Chinese restaurants,it has many recipes and its really delicious.

it is so delicious and one of the awesome continental varieties to taste and have fun and i surely love it with cool and smokey hot rice

well, I also love chicken and rice so much but the one I eat is from my country and I do not know how to make singaporian dish. but I used to add some saffron water in my chicken it really make it nice...

Hi, I don't have the complete recipe but I live in a country where chicken rice is famous! For the rice, they usually cook with a bit of butter, ginger and fragrant leaf called pandan using the water which they use to boil the chicken. As for the chicken, it is soaked in hot water until it cooks. This is the Hainanese version.
