Probably that has happened to some people. But to me, well, it was all automatic. My husband was my classmate in College. When we became friends, he was in a relationship. As time went by, I just noticed that he goes with his girlfriend less often and would be hanging out with me and my two other friends all the time. We have even told him that he should avoid being with us coz his girlfriend might get mad at us. But he remained close with the three of us. Then one time,I felt he was really getting close to me, but he never said anything. He would just be smiling all the time. And if you have seen that smile, you'll feel that it means something. He was sweet but I never encourage him, really. Then one time his girlfriend freaked out and asked if to choose between me and her. I mean , really? We were never a couple! He chose me, instead. It came to me as a surprise and told him that maybe he really didn't mean it. But then after, it was us. Three years later we got married. And that was 19 years ago.

My husband and I met on a blind date. He was tall with the prettiest eyes and black hair, kind of reminded me of a young Elvis. After that first kiss, I knew I wanted to get to know this guy better! We'll soon be married 50 years~

My husband and I met online. We were both members of the same social networking site and one day I received a message from my husband. He had read my profile and he asked me if I wanted to exchange emails with him. I got positive impresion of him through the message and his profile and I agreed to exchange emails with him. We did that for a while and then we decided to meet for the first time. When we met we decided to visit one of the local cafes and chat for a while. He bought me a cappuccino and we started chatting. When my cup was empty he asked me if I wanted another one and I said yes. because I really liked him and I didn't want to leave After the second cappuccino we left the cafe, but we both wanted to meet again. We met a couple of times and a few weeks later we became a couple. After some time we got in engaged and in 2009 we got married.

Well, there is that first love thing. I had that but unfortunately i did not go out with the girl. I met her back in the early 80's. She was going with my cousin. She was beautiful. And she was fun. She was a regular girl, down to earth. Most people were intimidated by her looks. She was a model. But I knew different. We used to hang out and talk sometimes. She was just as cooky and nuts as I was back then. She was a cool chick. But I could not go against my cousin. I would never interfere with someone relationship. And so I didn't. Funny thing is that we both liked each other a lot. I never forgot her either. And after all these years that passed I finally bumped into her about three years ago. Funny, right? So as for that special someone, I really believe it is true. And what happened to me was Serendipity for sure.

I think I did. It was a long time and at the time he was with my aunt. To this day she still thinks I stole him but he already broke up with her. My daughter, I think knew immediately. She had met her husband when she was working at CVS and her girlfriend at the time came in with him. There was defiantly attraction and with us moving he said he didn't want to loose her.

In 1970 I met my husband, Steve. He was a music student who played the piano for my choral singing group, I was just 16. I'd had 2 or 3 BFs by then, but no-one special until Steve. In 1971 I was engaged to be married, in 1972 Steve and me married, we still are. So I think we knew from first date. 18 was far too young to be married but Steve and me were determined to be together, so we married. Not romantic I think, pragmatic. There was no-one else.
