Taking relationships to the next level

Taking a relationship to the next level might be making it permanent and getting engaged to be married. If the couple are already engaged then it would mean getting married. Some couples might go into a more physical relationship. Other couples would say that about having a baby together. Have a lovely day.

"the next level" could be anything in my opinion that would mean a next level in a relationship, which actually shows that they are progressing in the relationship, and they think about stuff seriously. It could be anything from getting each other introduced to parents or friend circles, moving in together, buying a flat/house together, getting engaged, getting married, having babies...

For me, I would think taking a relationship to the next level, especially when dating, would be getting Engaged and planning a wedding, or when married talking about starting a family and then doing what it takes emotionally and financially to help make this happen. When you can communicate as a couple, it makes things often so much better.

For me taking relationships to next level would be living in with each other or getting married already.

taking the relationship to the next level is usually when they decide to get married. its a more serious stage of the relation. things have to be done with calm. it is when they see that they really love each other. and dont need nobody else. i think people should be together for awhile before decide to get married. because to get married means that we want to be with that person forever.

It would have different meaning and would depend on which "level" are you and your partner is in. There are relationships who are open to the idea of being with other people if they are not together. Sort of open relationship. But some realizes that they are a lot happier being together than being with other people, so one of them would probably propose of taking their relationship to the next level.
