Are our troubles not enough, that North Korea had to declare WAR?

It's Easter Sunday, the day of the Resurrection of our Lord. It's a glorious day, and I did celebrate with family and friends with a sumptuous lunch, native Philippine food @KKK, SM Fairview. We were so happy we brought bread home, bones for the canines, and lots of joy.
Just to hear the news that was pervading the reports: North Korea has declared a state of war, against South Korea!
As if the world is at peace, as if we do not have cares, concerns, woes, for each day, that we have to get worried about that peninsula up there in the Pacific, a peninsula divided for the longest time, and the North is now headed by a 28 year old whose state of mind is not to be trusted.
Oh well, be not afraid, that 28 year old, a friend of equally questionable character Dennis Rodmam, will fail.

Unfortunately for the free world, this young and fat thug recently ascended to the throne in the reclusive dynasty of North Korea can't wait to give this free world more troubles in order to extort more concessions and money from its southern brother after being notified of the economic miracle took place inside South Korea. Without the sable rattling and call for an all out nuclear war on the south, and its long time political ally, this fatso dictator can't consolidate his recently acquired power within its hardline military rank and file and portray himself out as a great warrior and conqueror among its own people. By doing so, he can continue to enjoy the unprecedentedly worships from the North Koreans and its communist ally up north. His calculated and restless behavior is a sign of a youthful rebellious and thuggery mind at work here.

Hope the Koreans see Kim Jung Un the way you assessed him here, and realize that he is not leading the people nor governing the land, but actually using North Korea for self-serving purposes.

The wealthy Koreans have sought refuge in the Philippines, they had been migrating since a decade ago. Preparing for nuclear war was real in their country, otherwise, these Koreans would not have abandoned their native land.

You know what?Who is under the most pressure in the rest countries is China, you said wealthy Koreans have sought refuge in Philippines but actually at the end of 2012,there are more than 1 million south koreans and 0.2 million north Koreans settle down in China,if the peninsula war real happen then there will be millions of people both come from South Korea and North Korea will rush into China then my country will under great deal of pressure at that time. But I think the war will never happen because it is not just the thing between South Korea and North Korea,it is the thing among USA,Russia,China,Japan,South Korea and North Korea, even may be there will be some little conflict comes out.
By the way,Kim Jong Un was born in 1983 so that he is 30 years old in this year.

Thanks for the info, skyandgrassplot, and we share with you such dilemma, the Koreans are quite noticeable, they are filling university campuses, crowding convenient stores, extra loud when they are in fastfood chains, and there was one who believes he is king of the road, counterflows and speed drives, sigh. I yet have to see someone nice and quiet, sorry Koreans, but it is as you act like you feel superior over the natives of this land, no, you are not. And the spoiled kid is thirty and bratty, perhaps he is what his people has made example for themselves. (But of course we know that there are good people in that peninsula)

Sometimes, when I pray, i couldn't breathe because I think about so many hungry children dying by the minute because of starvation, or I think about a people displaced in their own country because of civil strife, or mothers and fathers scraping their hands or carrying loads on their shoulders to make ends meet. There is so much we have to do, to make human beings survive and live decent lives, not to mention the caring for the sick and the aged, the handicapped, the special people who cannot fend for themselves.
And North Korea, specifically this sick-in-the-head war freak of a leader wants NUCLEAR WAR!? Horrible really, some spy must infiltrate his headquarters and pit him in a straight jacket. He could share cell with Dennis Rodman, for all I care.
Hey, there was a marching band at the mall, followed by kids in bunny ears. I guess they were up to an Easter Egg Hunt. No matter the way we celebrate, Easter is a time to be happy, for our Lord saved us all.
I know God will not let us fight alone, against this Kim Jong Un. See here, he uses propaganda to deceive his people. http://www.ctvnews.ca/world/propaganda-in-north-korea-reveals-kim-jong-un-s-softer-side-1.1217216

I have been hearing about it lately but not really giving attention to this as I really wanted to have a peace of mind last weekend. Unfortunately, we cannot just keep our eyes and ears closed about this issue. I don't think this people are the types who joke about war. I am very sad to here the news, I hope and pray that it would not pursue as many will be affected. With regards to North Korea's leaders, I am sorry but I really do not understand your efforts. In my mind, I know that many of them wished that they aren't living in that country. I heard that many people there does not have enough food to eat. They hoped to live in a place where they can have a normal and free life. I hope that those dreams will be granted the soonest without entering into war.

You said this well, Paper_Doll, this is all very true. I am sad for the people, too, especially those who are hungry and living in fear.

Yes this is too sad. I heard they would used their money to buy weapons than food for their people. I don't think that a good leader will do that. That is why I said that I don't understand their actions. If they really think they are fighting for the right thing, then they could prepare for it without making many people especially the children suffer and die in hunger. It is just heartbreaking.

I hate war ,, i mean what war for? That's something stupid things were happen to human ..
North Korea declare war because they wanna to telling the world they are the best, but actually they are not .. and I don't think they are wise enough .. They choose to war with South Korea? What for? South Korea is their neighbourhood, their brother, and why they should declare war?
North Korea is in one heartless leader, He wanna to make North Korea to be the leader of the world but please, they can't do that .. If war happen, I think it will be World War again and that's horrible ,,
Every single war means they upgrade their weapons, in 2nd World War, they put nuclear and it makes big damage in Japan. Until now Hiroshima and Nagasaki still can't be good place for their citizen. I think in 3rd World War, they will put Biology Weapon and it will make more damage for a lot of human ..
anyway, Happy Easter :)

War now means annihilation of the world. You are right, the weapons built now are for mass destruction. Never the world has been threatened but it is now because of man's own doing and man's own selfish purposes. Could world domination really be achieved as what North Korea is proposing. We all go to war, what will be left of this creature called man? There will be no world to dominate. Slam that plump Korean egghead. He must be isolated from the world, locked in some cell where no one would hear his fantastic strategies for war.

Yeah, that's good idea .. Some people think war can finish their problems but actually there's not .. War is design for make more and more problem ..
I think the fact is they make war is for upgrade marketing of weapon and upgrade their land to get oil .. War just stupid I think ..

Alone, North Korea doesn't have a chance, it all depends on what countries ally themselves with North Korea, the amount of nuclear capability America has, North Korea would be totally foolish to strike. I think it's just a storm in a teacup and nothing more. Seems man's quest for peace will never be fulfilled.

I haven't seen news lately my friend. I am shocked to hear that North Korea has declared a state of war against South Korea. I thought at the DMZ area were solders that were standing opposite each other. They had a room to meet up in when necessary. So it all began on Easter Sunday. This is very sad indeed. Good luck to South Korea. I feel sorry for the people that live in North Korea.

Here in the USA,the goverment aren't sure what to think of the young North Korean leader. He is new to the job and the world is trying to figure out what kind of leader he will be. I think him declaring is war on South Korea could just be a bluff for now. I don't think he is serious but just wants to get people's attention which he has. So we will see how this all will play out.

Hmmm, profiling a fool who has a prepared his people for combat might not be a good idea. A fool does not hesitate, and this one is war hungry.

Hi eileen leyva: I understand your concerns. however, the reason why this is happening is mostly because of politics. You know that North Korea has a new leader. I have read that Kim Yong Un is using the menaces of war to gain respect in his government and at the same time as a retaliation for the sanctions his country had for keeping their nuclear program.

I was shocked upon hearing it on the news last night.
I hope S. Korea will get help from all nations and that the allied countries should intervene for it to stop.
Everyone should pray that it will be stopped so it won't escalate to a big war.

The time for the United Nations to act is now. North Korea had tested its nuke rockets, that might be a show, the real ones might annihilate America. or the world.

War is a terrible thing. Either way innocent people are injuried and killed because of war. All because two areas can't get a long. It is sad that countries can't work things out. I feel bad for the individuals who live in that area.

Yes, our Lord has Rissen, this is a glorious day indeed. My heart breaks at this news, there is quite enough turmoil in this world and yet here comes another wacko trying to flex his muscles. My family and I are praying for everyone over there, and that God intervenes quickly.
"What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?" Romans 8:31
"So do not fear, for I am with you; Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous hand." Isaiah 41:10

happy easter, i truely believe once he attacks south korea, that it will be easy for the world to rid him off the face of the earth and the world would be a better place for it. This is a person that starves his people, ive seen a picture of the world at night glowwing with lights but in the south its "black" pure black these people are living in the dark ages truly, its sad. I say bring it on!

A sad existence to be a Korean, yes, that seems to be how they are, in the dark, not knowing that war is a thing of the past, and weaponry is a fool's demented craving.
