I have a male friend who I had known him for more than 2 years but we didn't meet regularly. Tonight he canceled an appointment again because of changing his work schedule. I am not angry with him but I am not happy since he canceled our meeting many times, and I have no mood to make an appointment for meeting with him anymore.
I told him about my decision because I really don't want to received a meeting canceled again. It sounds as if the friendship is end, but I didn't want to hide my feeling when he did canceled the meeting.
Right now I feel upset...

In this busy modern world, work schedules are very important; much more important than friendship. Friendships all over the world has grown weak because of the tightening work schedules.
I can understand that you do not wish to make any more appointment with him. If I was in your place, I too would not make any more appointment with him, although he cannot be blamed.

I understand your upset. I would be too. It is very frustrating when someone constantly cancels when we have been waiting on them. We can only take it so much until we say enough is enough...

There are just people who are insensitive, they don't care how other people feel. What you have done is but proper to let him know that he should have taken into consideration your time too.
Forget about it. This person is worth thinking about.
Have a wonderful day!

Hi, have you asked the reasons why he canceled your meeting many times. Friends are
treasure in our life. It is really upset for a friendship end. But if he do not want to be your good friend. Ending friendship is also inevitable.

it is sad and unfortunate that it si going to end that way. probably you can talk again. it does not have to be an appointment. just a simple talk. and do not give too much importance in the outcome of the talk, just proceed with the conversation. i hope you are able to cope with your negative feeling.
