what do you do when you are in bad mood?

It is difficult to think or decide what to do when we are upset or in sad mood. In such situation you cannot concentrate with any work. Can you suggest few tips to overcome from boring time.

Well, usually i am watching movie when i feel bad mood .. and drinking 2 cups of coffee really help my mood .. without coffee my day will be sucks and coffee makes my mood better .. Just watching funny movie will makes you feeling better or you can read some jokes online, that's good for your mood .. :)

when i am in bad mood i usually play music and those music are those solemn and touching messages,and if i am in my work i usually go outside first to try to calm down my self and also to relax my feelings towards my bad mood.

I go out and eat something that i really like to relax and meanwhile tell my good friend to share things.I do think it's working for me.Anyway,i heard that sweet food can be helpful for that and maybe you gotta have a try for that.Good luck.Nothing can really stop your good life.

Yeah I agree with you. It is very hard for us to get over a bad mood and concentrate. Usually I try to sleep if I'm in a very bad mood or if things have happened very bad. The other night I was in an accident and so I just rested a lot after words so that hopefully later I could better handle everything that needs to be taken care of.

When I am in a bad mood I like to be alone. I write my thoughts, either on here or in my journal. I also love to sing, when I am upset singing makes me feel better. :) I don't get in a bad mood often but when it happens these are the things I do.

I grab a pillow and shout in it. This helps me calm down and get all my emotions out. Afterwards I take deep breaths and count to ten.

Boring time, or in a bad mood? I think there's a big difference. I like to do things that are productive when I'm bored or when I'm angry. Work towards a goal - sometimes it helps to channel the energy into something positive and productive. For example, do laundry -- clean your house -- do school work (if you're in school) -- build a model air plane -- do something that requires a start and finish. This has always helped me.

When I am in a bad mood and I don't have chocolates with me I just keep in silence and will think good things to make my mood change. In this way I prevent to make my bad mood affect or hurt people feelings around me.

If I am upset or sad mood I always eat chocolates. Hahaha. Chocolates can make me feel better. :)

I would like to go to a place with beautiful and peaceful enviroment, or talk to someone I'm willing to interact with, such a my Mom :)
