Why do not always remain children?

Yes, you are absolutely right. I too have think about this a lot of time. Now even I too want to be kid. It was really a stress free life where we have to only play, eat and sleep. Yes it was really awesome. But the fact is that when we were child we always wanted to grow up and when we are grown up we want to be like kids. Strange but true.

frankly speaking.. If i am given a chance by god to become a kid i would grab it with both hands without giving a second thought. Its funny though when i was a kid i always longed to b an adult. Have girlfrnd do wtevr i want.:-P though its quite a different situation nw. I believe that life keeps on becoming more and more difficult with age.

Oh that is so funny you write this at this time. My daughter was just saying how she wishes that she never had to grow up that being an adult is difficult.She is 32 years old married with two girls. I said wait till your daughters become teenagers and get their period. Funny thing is I feel when I was born I was already a grown adult in my head. I don't feel like I ever was a child because I have been thinking about life and what is it all about since I was a little girl. Like I was never into playing with dolls and not into what a typical child would be into. However, if my daughter had her way she would stay a child forever playing with dolls, makeup, dress up etc....

We do not remain kids all our lives because that is how we were "engineered". As soon as a baby is conceived, it goes through different stages of development. And being a living individual, we will continue to grow as long as we live.

In many ways, we do. The problems are necessary, to make us feel like we 'conquer' by finding solutions. Like the Pharisees back in Jesus's day: they were just as 'holy' as the newborn kings & queens of the day, but felt they deserved their place since they had 'studied' for it!

Hi, When we are grown ups we feel that why we do not remain always children and when we are children we like to become old . We are not satisfied with whatever we have. We have to accept changes in our life and we have to find happiness from every moment in our life.

It's so crazy to me because kids always want to grow up so fast. They don't realize though that once they do grow up, life is not good. Or not as good as they have it now. They think once they become adults they can do whatever they want and life would be easy. How wrong they are indeed. I always tell my kids to enjoy being their age because once they become older life gets hard.

Not all children are the same. There are plenty of little/young children who already have many questions and worries, day after day. You can't just say that every child has a great life without any worries or problems. We don't remain children because we have many questions, we change, also because of our hormons.
