Accepting Friend Request

I will accept most friendship requests, however if I receive spam, I have zero tolerance on spam, I will delete the friendship. Or if someone hasn't even started a discussion or responded to any of my discussions.

Hi, I also approve all friend that ask me be their friend. I never reject them, I think they are very important to enrich my knowledge, although I can meet them offline. I think, online friend tend to objective when give respect to us than offline friend. I love approve friend and i hope they happy be my friend.

I accept also every friend request, except those coming from members with a user rating of (0), because I received spam PMs from several members with (0) in the past, and I think that it is better to not accept them than to remove them from my friends list the day after, when they have sent their spam messages.

Most people are friendly here,we haven't seen any fights or abusing in this space. Mylot is like a big happy family with self discipline,so its good to accept friend requests, best wishes.

MoonGypsy I too accept everyone...the only time I think I would delete is if someone turned out to be really snarky.

My rule is to accept all friend requests except from those who do much in Mylot. At the moment, I have 4 pending friend requests. They have been there for months. The reason I have not accepted their request is because their 'number' has remained zero or 1 for months now. For me, this means that they are not that interested in Mylot -- or has not been visiting the site. So why accept a friend request from someone who seems to be not with us.

A pleasant day MoonGypsy, Same as you are, I do also accept all friend's request. Although there are times, I can attend to it right away but, I will definitely accept them. Thus, I am wishing to meet all of the friends I have here. Though it is quite impossible since we are all on the other side of the fence. As our distance are miles away to each other.

I've not accepted a friend request here for awhile, because I'm busy doing other things on MyLot and accepting friends would take a long time and I'm trying to earn some extra money on the site and that takes too much time.

As for me, I don't see any significant changes in relationship or in how I interact between "friend" and "not friend". I don't use PM a lot and I removed certain notifications to avoid flood on my mail. But well, I don't mind to accept all the friend requests though.

I do the same. I do not find any offense in accepting them especially if they are the one who invited me to become their friend. I am only sad that some I invited did not accept, Im wondering why. May be they are just choosing carefully.

I usually accept friend request, but I remove them when I see that they are unuseful :D

I am really appreciate that you have accepted me as friend. I am very happy to have many friends now. I started with zero and now many has accepted me as friend. So, I also learnt to accept others as friend even those with "1". I guess there is no harm in doing so, as we need one another here.

I have a lot on my friends' list but I think there are only about 20 who are still logging in to this site. I don't know what made them stop. So now, if there are friend requests, I accept those who are really actively participating.

I also accept all the friend request coming to me. I just accept and accept. I don't think accepting friend request here can cause me harm if I accept many stranger as I can.

I do also accept all my friend request here in myLot. There is nothing in accepting them.
