According to Luke 1:26-38 Gabriel who told to Mary about the prophecy. Why He didn't told about TRINITY or about Jesus will be the God?
Instead of telling Her, He will be the Son of God.
Is it His own will?
Or God change His mind and prefer to become flesh after that verses.

Indirectly Gabriel did tell Mary about the Trinity.
Luke 1:35 The angel answered, “The HOLY SPIRIT will come on you, and the power of the MOST HIGH will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the SON OF GOD.

Intresting... But what if i say, The One True God just only the one who being called as The Most High? It says 'the most' means nothing higher than Him, right?

@wapewe, yes bro that what I mean! And the one who lead or be the captain as you said, must be the one true God! :)
@6precious102, thanks for your explanation, but I think If God can be One in One like in Judaism and Islam, why we need to believe God as three in one? Isn't that better God to be the unique, and absolute in His oneness? :)

@moneylots you are correct bro.
Three person in one, like a team. There have to be one who lead or we could say the captain.

I think Mary was smart enough to understand that if God was going to have a son through her, God's son would also be a God. Man begets man and God begets God.

This is the confusing answer Christians always says about The Son of God term (I think because they are pushing too hard for fit trinity concept) Some of them says that The Son is THE SAME with The Father even they are really two different person with different roles too. I don't know if you understand or not? But that statement never fit my logic sense of thinking.

I don't believe that Jesus is God in the sense that traditional Christians do. But looking from the viewpoint of Mary, if an angel had tried to tell her that her son was going to be God or a member of the trinity, as as Jew it would probably have been incomprehensible to her. I believe the "Son of God" was terminology that she would have understood could refer to the Messiah.
