well...if i had to choose...definitely Android. but that's no reason to look down on iPhones. theyre still just as crucial, but in a different way. Androids are for more tech savvy people and iPhones are (what my mom always says, who has one) for technologically impaired people. i agree, Androids are a bit more complicated to operate when it comes to file saving, navigating and all that, but if you know what youre doing, its not a hassle. iPhones are pretty straight forward. anybody can use iPhones, or any apple product for that matter. how many babies do you see playing on iPads, iTouchs, iPhones, etc.? ive never seen a baby use a tablet lol even elderly people dont have problems using apple products as much as they do with everything else new in society :p but thats how i feel about the whole Android vs. Iphone craze. any other opinions?

The Major Difference between android and iPhone is the user support. My friend had to update his old iphone 3gs for running newer apps, he had 4.x.x install on his system and wanted to install 5.x.x version on it. After we installed the update through itunes we came to know that iphone won't activate unless he had SHSH blobs saved for that particular version. He had no other option but to go back to previous version which doesn't even support apps like whatsapp.
On the other hand Android doesn't have compatibility issues, almost all utility apps are supportable on the android versions. Android has great support for developers too, one can root his/her device and have complete control on its functioning.
I currently own an android device and will choose it in future too.

i was about to root my phone a few weeks ago but Windows 8 doesnt support it, so it kinda slipped my mind. but rooting an Android is much better than jailbreaking an iPhone i feel, like you said, you have complete control over the device afterwards. i have friends who have rooted phones

Well I never had owned a iPhone, so I cannot say that it is easy to use or tough to use. Yeah accessing it is very easy that is true but I did not feel Android is more complicated than ios. If a person is no tech savvy then for them Android or ios will be a rocket science. I feel windows on mobile is little irritating to use than compared to Android or ios. I am comfortable with ios and android. that is my opinion

Android indeed.I have never used iPhone in my life it's way too expensive. You can get the best android phone for half the price.Plus you can root your android phone and get full control over it.

well.If your in that profile picture of yours then i can easily say you are a teenager and not 'technologically Impared' . Android is the best. I phone is crap. i seriously hate Iphone. low quality high price. its not value for money. but you will get alot more super cool android phones for that price. so if i were you and i had money i would definitely go for Android.

I have the samsung galaxy s3, and i really like it. To me, it really beats the iphone, hands down. wh4en I put my son's iphone and my phone side by side, mine is much bigger, and it really makes his look very small. He really brags aboutr the iphone, and he says that t is the best phone he ever had. that is how I feel about the galaxy s4, as it is the best phone I have ever had. you are right, that the android is more complex, but i don't have a problem with it at all. I figure since i have the ipad mini and ipod touch, I don't need the iphone. As far as phones are concerned, it is infereor to the galaxy s3. Now that is mu own opinion, as others woild disagree, but that is okay, as we don't all like the things. Take care, and have a good day.

I absolutely love android. I just got the samsung note 2 back in january. I love it! But then my husband loves the iphone. I guess it all depends on what type of person you are.
