My favorite TV shows are The Braxton's and Mary Mary, Tamar and Vince and Love and HipHop. I am so addicted it's ridicoulous! I lean more toward the Braxton's and Mary Mary because they are good Christian shows. Love and HipHop...not so much. But the DRAMA keeps me tuning in. My children are into the "adult" cartoons which are not for children. And even though they are inappropriate I let them watch with me and we talk about them afterwards and they have to close their eyes A LOT! My children are 9 and 12. but i'd like to know what other people watch and think about TV shows for children. We don't watch anything scary, and I do try to shield them from some things without totally sheilding them from natural things in life. They are not babies anymore and are at that inbetween stage. what do you all think?

I really like The Braxton's too. Each of the sister's bring something different to the table and that makes the show very enjoyable to me. I tried watching Mary Mary but those sister's plucked my nerves lol. And don't get me started on Tamar and Vince! It was just too much Tamar for me to handle. Though I am glad her single is doing well. Another show I enjoy is the original Basketball Wives and am waiting for that to come back on. As far as the adult cartoons, I think as long as you know what your children are watching and you're there with them. It's ok.
