They Say, I'm so Thin

Many said I am so thin already. Well, I quite accept what they said because I think it is a fact and I could observe it. During lunch time, I almost eat three rice everyday and it is almost chicken and pork that I partnered with it. I also eat vegetables but I am not a massive eater of it. I love also eating fruits. I am so hardworking when it comes to my studies. I study a lot for my lessons and also left my free time for online jobs. Maybe, it's one of the reasons I am not getting any larger. Above all, I am contented with myself and my size. I am the tallest in the class, but surely not the thinnest. I am really happy with everything and I guess, that's what really matters.

There is nothing wrong with being thin. Believe me, you are lucky. Just eat right and healthy and you will be fine. Don't worry about what other people think. Look, thats the way you are built. Thats just the way you are. And people should accept you that way. Don't look to start gaining weight, that it from me. Is is not fun being heavy. I am trying to lose the weight I put on. You do feel the effects of gaining weight. It does slow you down.

How old are you now? When I am younger, I eat a lot but maintain my weight of 92 lbs. But when I started working, and started ageing, my weight started to increase as well. Maybe because they say that as we grow old, our metabolism lowers.

Health is wealth! My son is also very thin. But all the while he is thin, therefore I think it is okay. However, if a person is fat and out of a sudden he/she loses a lot of weight and he is not on a slimming diet plan, then that will require attention. I believe you are all right since you have a balance of nutritious food and having an active life studying.

hi.. health is wealth you should take care of your health. as we all know boys are faster metabolism than girls that's the reason why you can't gain weight. you must eat more to have more energy.

I was called a tooth pick, Twiggy and Olive Oil when I was growing up. Very thin and under 100 lbs. Some people have a faster metabalism then others so this may be why you are so called thin. Especially the way you eat can play a part in it too. I was eating to survive when I was younger. I was not so crazy about food. It was not till I was in my 40's that I started to love food. Even now though at the age of 56 I'm only 120lbs. I'm so happy with my weigh and you should be just fine with yours. I bet the people who are saying you are too thin are jealous.

If one is thin, it doesn't mean that he is unhealthy. It is just that your metabolism works faster than normal and you are able to digest your food faster. And this has something to do with your genes.

What is important my friend is you are healthy. That's how it is when you are just teeners. The tendency is to stay slim, because no matter how much you eat, you would burn it after all, because of the activities that you do and at that age the metabolism is so fast. To be honest, i was a skinny girl in my teens. I only get to put on some weight after i gave birth to our daughter.

Being thin does not mean being unhealthy and being large in size doesn't mean being healthy. All of us in the family are thin, even though my brothers eat a lot but I think it runs in the genes too. There are also families which all members are fat. As long as you eat healthy food, perform exercises, then you are good. Do not be conscious of your weight.

Yes, you are right. It is not problem you are thin or fat as long as you are healthy, happy and active. I think, healthy, happy and active is the important thing than thin or fat, because we are human, we should useful for our life and others. Have a nice day.
