I really hate pimples. It is a very common problem specially for teenagers. Ive been searching over the internet on how to cure big pimples.. I sometimes have it on the nose. One time, I had that stupid pimple on my nose for almost a month so i poked it. It is really embarrassing and so disgusting. As a result of poking.. I had a darkened scar on my nose and one in my cheek..Hey,, is there anything we can do to make the scar fade even a little? Its been here for a while already.

im not exactly sure how to get rid of the scars, but before you decide to use any products are anything, check your diet. do you eat a lot of things with a lot of sugar in them? soda, candies, pretty much any junk food. that stuff isnt bad, but on a frequent basis can cause acne. especially when you add that to the hormones teens already have that give them pimples, plus stress and many other factors. but thats always one that people seem to forget about. i dont even use products for acne, the few times i get it, i just wash my face with bar soap and a wash cloth. i do that every day and then apply lotion to my face

it is best that you wash your face to times a day. you must make it a habit. you apply facial wash or if you have pimple, try using facial scrub 3 times a week. then after washing your face, you should cleanse it with a facial cleanser because even if you already wash it, still there are dirt left behind so in order to totally get rid of the dirt, you must cleanse it. repeat until you can see the cotton is clean. then apply moisturizer afterwards. do this in the morning and at night before going to sleep. this is my routine and i don't have any pimples at all. also if this is not enough, i think it is best to see a dermatologist so you will be prescribed with something that suits you to get rid of your pimple problems.

Thanks for sharing, welcome to mylot
You are 22 now, almost all girls and guys have the pimples at puberty, because of hormonal changes, just avoid oily food, soaps and never squeeze them, one can apply medicated cream that has aloe-vera and calendula in it.

I think I am lucky because I never have that kind of problem and I think it has something to do with the "genes" since my sisters never had pimples also. So I think if you are prone to pimples avoid doing things that could trigger it, sleep early, avoid oily foods, keep your place clean.

To cure pimples, you have to watch what you eat. Avoid oily or fried food. Have more vegetables and fruits. Drink lots of water and have enough sleep. Do not poke pimples on your face. You can get some tea tree oil to apply on the spots. It is antiseptic and will help to dry up the pimple. To avoid scar, do not eat food cooked with soy sauce, especially dark soy sauce.

A simple advice would be, wash your face every morning when you wake up, do the same at night before sleeping. If your naturally have that oily skin, try to avoid fatty foods if you can. Find some cleanser at removes oil. But for me I just used papaya soap. I do have oily skin as well. But not prone to pimples. The oil really the reasons on why pimples appear and also because of dirt. So always keep your face clean.
