I have been teaching Korean students here in my country and I have learned that some of them where originally from North Korea but migrated out of the country for 10 years and returned to Korea but on the Southern part because they don't want war. It is scary since North Korea stated last Saturday it's declaration of War against South Korea. NorKor also said that they are also declaring war against US and all its allied countries. It is scary since our country have been a known ally to US since World War 2 and my country is not prepared for war. Not even a small civil war would my government be prepared. It is scary and I feel sad for this Korean kids and people who doesn't want anything to do with this war. Even after researching the history, I still don't get why NorKor keeps declaring was against SouKor.

I think it is worriesome as well, but at the same time it seems like it may be empty threats. I really don't see why North Korea would be so dumb as to actually act on their declarations of war. There is no way, even if China and Russia joined their side, that they could handle all of the USA's allies, especially since it would only take a couple of nuclear bombs to cover all of NK, while it would take thousands to hit all of America.
