Vitamin B12 deficiencies are much more common than previously thought. If you are troubled by a lack of energy, mental fatigue or less than optimal memory, occasional stress and sleeplessness, and even occasional indigestion, the culprit may be a deficient in vitamin B12. Further, as you age, it becomes increasingly difficult to absorb vitamin B12 from your blood. and without enough B12, your body cannot efficiently convert the carbohydrates and fatty acids you eat into the fuel it needs each day. I wonder what you are doing to mitigate this problem!!
