Where to travel to be able to build a bottle house?

There are bottle houses in Argentina, Africa and Phillipines, but can we build our own house? If YES where in the world at low cost?

Hi friend, I have seen bottle houses in Argentina. I think they are very nice. I think you can make your own house. In my country, one bottle offered $0,02. I think it is cheap. Do you want to buy the bottles to build your own bottles house?
