Well I thought my car was going to be ready on Saturday but
it wasn't...But I got it back today and it unbelieveable quiet.
He was able to save my muffler system..he gave me new brakes
rotories and pads everything, he gave me a new windshield wiper
because one was totally gone on my car, he gave me an Oil change
and put air in my tires...I felt so good and he only charged
me $450.00 for the brakes and muffler repair..he did not charge
me for the oil change and the windshield wiper..I also have
my grand son going to him and he has also spent good money
with him...so he gave me a break but I gave him $475.00....
It certainly was great driving my own car again...Like I always
said its a 2000 Toyoto Camary, with a little over 100,000 miles
on it and I feel like that car is suppose to last me forever and
I mean forever...LOL..

It really pays to keep your car in good repair. I need to get mine in. Its been nearly a year and a half. But I have always taken good care of it in the past. It is much older than yours. Hope it lasts a while cause I am not able to walk. Not sure what I will do when it goes.

I am glad that you have found the mechanic which is good and trusted. It is not easy to have a good mechanic. You are having a good deal...
Very often these mechanic will take advantage of us for our ignorant and charged us exorbitantly and even changed parts which are not necessarily to be changed.
I did experience once with one of the outside mechanic and I will have no more dealings with him. I have now sending my cars to the proper centre instead of outside workshop. Unless the original parts are real expensive due to it comes in a set, even though the other parts are sitll in good condition. So, I will resort to other outside mechanic for a cheaper deal on individual item.
