Under influence of drugs! what will you do?

I've seen many people who don't like to be influenced of drugs because of their strong principles, but I've seen also people who are under influenced of drugs and they act like uncomfortable. Is this the result of taking drugs? and what will you do if you are also under influence of drugs?
