what do you eat for breakfast?

a good breakfast is very important for many people,some people are even plain nervous if they had no breakfast,but mainly what do we eat for breakfast?
actually what do you prefer eating at breakfast?
do you eat at home or eat outside because you have no time and in a hurry?
what are the indispensable elements of breakfast?
for me a small indian nan with butter and some english tea.
how about you mylotters?

My usual breakfast is oatmeal with bread as well as fruit juice. However, I had something different this morning. My son and I went out this morning to some work. So, we planned to eat out today. We had duck herbal noodle instead. The herbal soup is very tasty!

Yes, have breakfast is important to keep us have enough energy for through the day, especially for children who go to school and people who work. Usually, we breakfast with a bit of rice and veggie and a glass of sweet tea or milk. Sometimes, I provide a sheet of bread with butter or jam plus a glass of milk. I think it is enough to provide energy up to we meet for lunch.

My ideal breakfast for me would coffee, garlic fried rice and scrambled egg. But since I almost always have no time to prepare a lot of food in the morning, I always have some bagel, pop tarts or cereals with coffee. I cannot not have coffee every morning.

The breakfast is one of the important meals in a day. I am responsible to prepare for my son. Therefore, I really pay attention to the taste and nutrition. I like to have different kinds of breakfast everyday. I don't want to eat the same food all the time as you will get tired of it soon. So our breakfast includes noodles, bread, cake, spaghetti, congee, lasagna and so on.

I know that a full breakfast is healthy.
However, for the life of me, I often do not feel like eating much in the morning.
I just have my cup of coffee and then some bread and that's it.
That is why, after an hour or two, I get hungry again and look for something to eat.

I ate oatmeal. Not all the time. If there is no morning breakfast at 5:00 in the morning, I would cook my own ang that is an oatmeal, egg or a hotdog. That is the morning breakfast I ate every day.

I sure to eat heavy meals during breakfast. It's not because I'm hungry, but it's because I want to have enough strength to perform my daily tasks. And, if I skip breakfast, the tendency is I eat a lot during dinner and I know it's not good for my diet. I rather skip dinner than breakfast :)
