i got insomnia

Owh, my God..
What's wrong with me, i have insomnia since last month.
I've tried to cure this, but i still can't go to bed.
Now 12.33 a.m in Indonesia, i don't feel sleepy even a bit.
And it's getting worse because i can stay awake 'till 04.00 a.m, every day..
PLEASE HEELP, wHAT can I do ???

Insomnia will make the body limp. To solve it, you should use the natural way, because the natural way is not have side effects. Natural ingredients that can be used are chamomile. How to use it, put two teaspoons of fresh chamomile flowers in a cup of boiling water, and leave for 25 minutes, after that drink while warm. I hope this recipe can help you. But, if you are allergic to hay, don't do it this way, because chamomile including of hay family.

Insomnia should not be allowed to grow. I too had the problem a few years ago. Try to control your mind especially when you go to bed. Don't allow thoughts about your job or any other domestic matters enter your mind when you go to bed. You will automatically fall asleep.

Insomnia can be brought about by several factors: stress with work, too much caffeine or thinking too much
Which if those I have mentioned do you think could be the reason? Once you know the right reason, then try to find ways on how to make a turn around and help yourself to gain back your restful sleep.

You are way too stressed! Assess what things are bothering you since you have had it and try to calm down and control yourself. Pray every night that what you are being stressed about will not bother you. I know other people who go the same dilemma, they try to target what time they need to sleep, 2 hours before the time, they tire themselves physically like go on a workout, or clean the house or bathroom. Just divert your mind into physical effort.

Hi friend, it is so painful, I think, and maybe will make you sick if you suffer insomnia too long. I have some tips to solve your insomnia, I hope they will help you. Before you go for sleep avoid to food or drink that encourage insomnia such as chocolate, rice, bread and avoid drink coffee or other drink that make you awake. Try to make your bedroom comfort for sleep by turn off the lamp, pc and cellphone. It is a good idea if you try to threw all thoughts in your mind, so you feel empty. Try to pray a lot before you sleep. Have a nice day.
