It depends on what kind of change one is making. Changing type of shampoo or a new job are two different types of change. I don't fear little changes it's the ones that can make a big impact on your life like a new job, moving ect.

I welcome change. If we didn't have change life would be so boring in my opinion. To me nothing stays the same and making changes in your life is usually for the better at least in my life it has been. The only thing constant in my life was my job but even then I would change my position in the company every chance I got. If we constantly did the same things each and everyday for a lifetime we would all be crazy. When I turned 50 I decided I needed change in my location. So I sold my home in New York and moved to New Mexico. I stayed there for three years and then moved to Puerto Rico. All these changes took me to the place that I belong and now I'm loving it here and setting new goals to achieve. Change is what makes the world go around in my opinion.

To be very honest, change is the only constant thing in this whole world. Change is inevitable and no one can stop it. It all depends on how we handle the change happening in all the departments of or life. No doubt changes might be in a positive and negative direction, all we need to do is take out the positives from them.
