a hectic non- working day today!

Today, it's a local holiday in our place. Thus, we have no work today. I feel happy because today too our daughter arrived from Manila where she studies. I have a sore throat and a headache, but i am adamant not to surrender to it so i already took medicine and not allow myself to just be in bed, hence i am here happily typing my posts and interacting and looking at the profiles of fellow Bubblews who i can connect with. I am also looking forward to a dinner tonight that will be hosted by our former batchmate in High School, where it's an exclusive school for girls. She came home from the US where she took a vacation. Oh this day will be a hectic day ! I am cooking "sinigang" (soured boiled meat with veggies) while i am alternately typing on this site. ha ha ha Speaking of multitasking. . . .

Hi, SIMPLYD! I have been multi-tasking since 8am as well. I am still not done with 3 hampsers-full of clothes and 6 pcs of towel. And I have been Mylotting in between hanging the clothes.

Well, yes, but I manually rinse all the clothes before getting them inside the drier. It took me 4 hours before I had it all done. And now I am beat!

Sometimes a holiday is more hectic than a working day. Things we have to do at home could easily be more overwhelming than our routine at work. But doing them can also be a joy especially for someone special or some special occasions.

That's true because we cannot say no to some household chores. So, it becomes a hectic day because you also want to earn while you enjoy.

What i cooked that day was so appreciated by my daughter and the rest of the family. The party turned out to be an enjoyable one. We were given tokens , a cute small cheese slicer and a cork opener, by our friend who invited us. It turned out that her boyfriend and her got married in the US when she went there to have a vacation. Thus, the party is sort of a wedding part.

Hi, same here. Multitasking...haha! I prepare for dinner at the same time doing mylotting in between. Time to me now is really precious. It passes so fast everyday. I will grasp every opportunity to come here whenever I could. Especially in the midst of doing house chores. Making full use of the time here while waiting for this and that to be done, haha!
