My daughter went to visit some friends out of province for Easter weekend. I could not get her an unaccompanied minor flight back so I had to fly there to pick her up. Spent 16 hours flying there and waiting at airports and flying back. What a long day. What. You do for kids

Tell me about it. I have traveled from Puerto Rico to New Mexico having to take three flights to get there. The purpose of the trips were for the birth of my grandkids. It was worth the trip for sure but I was exhausted after flying for an entire day. Now I haven't been there in a year but going back at the end of this month for a month stay. Thankfully it is only two flights this time to get there. I'm going there to help my daughter who has two girls and is a stay at home mom while her husband works. However, she is exhausted and needs a break. Funny when I had my two girls I took care of them both and also had a full time job.

It is a shame that there are no flights that take you from Puerto Rico to Mexico. Did you have to go to New York or Miami first? I laughed at your last sentence. I`m sure that you did too much and that`s why she is exhausted now. You did all the work when she was a kid.

what anyways you got to get into a plan travel in it and get back na?. that was just kewl Ive never been into a plane. and its my dream to get into one. Ive only seen it flying across the sky or may be in a 1Km distance at the airport but never boarded one. and being a parent yea you have to sacrifice alot of things and work hard for inorder for your kids to be safe :)
