bubblews - the connection was reset (problem loading page)

hello mylotters! i am trying to create my account in bubblews but it is slow in loading and end up the connection was reset and problem loading page. what happened to bubblews site? my friend shared the links to create an account and i want to try because its kind of easy to use bubblews to earn online. thank you for those who can help!

I am a member on Bubblews, and I have problem with the site some times, to that is why I don't go there everyday, I can't think of a lot of things, to post so I only go to bubblews when I have, some thing to post on that site.
