i CANT sleep

Im feeling it really hard during my holidays to sleep.i just dont know why. even if Im so tired and jump o to bed to sleep, i just cant. i really dont know why that happens. i tried to sleep in every way and postures i could but i just cant sleep. But during the days i have school i can sleep at anytime anywhere till any duration i want. I just dont know what kinda habit this is lol. do you feel it weird?... it seems pretty much weird for me!

hi, Hey, you can watch more malayalam movies too. Relax and take a walk before dinner. Since your are on a holiday and your mind is totally relaxed and that's making you awake at bedtime. Did you try counting backwards from 1000 to 1?

Hello, its like during exam time we get sleepy while preparation but once the exams are over we don't get the sleep on time.... lol. counting backwards helps to sleep sooner... try try..

heheh lol. i see alot of movies my friend mostly humourous ones :) ... yea Im on a holiday but my friiend it is easy to sleep when you are on a relaxed mind na?. and what is the use of coutning backwards?!

Hi techojakeb, I think you don't feel tired at all during holidays, for school days are really tired after paying full attention to different class lessons for hours. Assignments and home works make you exhausted as well. No wonder you can fall asleep at anytime, anywhere and any postures To solve the sleeping problem during holidays it's wise to have appropriate physical activities. This is not only to keep us healthy and fit it's also lots of fun to be with someones spending happy moment in the outdoor sunshine environment where the air is fresh It's very much better spending holidays in front of the pc or tv, etc. Happy posting

yea i used to do physical outdoor excercise while i had holidays but now its too hot here. cant even get out of the house it scorching hot still i do many acticities at home itself. like push ups, pull ups, gardening and all. i just dont spend my whole time infron of TV and PC. I hate television but i love Computers and other gadget thingies. hm. as one of my friend suggested to me earlier about counting from 999-1 and that worked fine. thank you my friend. appy mylotting! :)

Here's a weird trick I've used off and on that sometimes works. Tell yourself that it's time to get up. You have about 15 minutes before you have to be up and ready. When I do that, I want to stay in bed and sleep and sometimes doze off into a peaceful sleep, waiting for the alarm clock to wake me up (which it doesn't, if it's a weekend or vacation).

lol my friend. thats humourous too!! ... nice ...i shud really try that hahahah. lol.. Im this kinda weird so i guess weird things will only work on me! :)

There may be some causes for insomnia but they can be overpowered quite easily provided you practice meditation. Just try to close your eyes and meditate on some object for about 10 minutes. You will fall asleep for sure.

Hi, Do you watch TV or horror movies before going to bed? May be that has bad effect on you. Always think about good things before going to bed and throw away the negative thoughts.

naaa i dont watch horror movies. even if i watch i laft at the ghosts and all. Im not much scared of hoorrror movies. hm will try to think about good things before going to sleep! :) thank you for your answers! :)

maybe if you have lot of thoughts and that is why you can not sleep, try to do some deep breath yoga exercise and take some fresh air before going to sleep .

hmm.. and not only that. if i sleep i see some strange dreams or may be disastreous ones. and i wake up.. i just cant sleep :( . thank you for your response friend. appreciate it
