Hey guys, few months I had taken an interview of an imminent sculptor and i had thoroughly enjoyed the interview with him. He said that he was disappointed with the lack of recognition given to the sculptors in our country and only young people like me can help get this issue into the public.
I took his interview successfully n i promised him to meet him again once his interview is published. His interview was published but unfortunately due to lack of time i could not meet him for few days. Within those days he got the magazine from someone n saw his interview. during this time he was awarded the most liked personality for this year by a leading channel as well. After few days i felt it was the right time for me to go to his place, give the magazine n congratulate him for the award as well. On reaching his place, i saw a broad smile on his face n he welcomed me with open arms. Before i could congratulate him, he thanked me like anything, i was surprised to see this. On asking the reason he said that the interview that got published was well received by the panel of judges that helped them to nominate him for this award n not only this, the interview was also liked by the people that played a vital role get votes n make him the winner. i was so happy to hear this and it made me emotional at that time but i controlled myself and said him that i just did my job, rest is all done by the Almighty. His simple thanks really meant a lot for me.

I am not surprise at all if the sculptor was so thankful with how you have made your article about him. You sure have the right words to say everytime. And I can attest to that from all the past discussions you had where we have exchanged ideas a lot.

Ha ha ha, thanks a lot for your enlightening words. i do not know whether my discussions are good or appreciable or not but every time i give out a discussion it is what my heart speaks out. besides what was more important was his liking my article that i wrote about him, he was constantly thanking me that was shying me.

Yeah i am glad u have heard about sculptors n their hard work in etching out a career in this field. He was just narrating his painful story to me as if everything was present deep inside his heart. he felt happy after i had published his story very well and even i pray from the core of my heart that he gets many more recognition in the future.

Yeah u are absolutely right, his thanks meant a lot to me, i felt i was in the right direction and doing my job properly. He has been a gem in his profession and was desperately waiting for someone to cover his story. I felt embarrassed when he was constantly thanking me as he is way older to me.
