As far as I know there isn't anything that can do about it. For some women it hits earlier then others, just depends on the person. Also, yes stress plays a big part in this too, so it would be better if could cut out some of the stress in your life. Do you take any vitamins? If not you should. Not only will vitamins make you feel healthier but they will also so down the aging process some. Not a whole lot but some. If you really want to know more about what you can do I would suggest you speaking with your doctor.

hi, shorty. having gray hair at 31 is nothing to get worried about. so many people younger than you have gray hair, this isn't a sickness. if you're really bothered about it, dye your hair.
regarding the hot flashes... if you notice some changes in your period, go and see your gynecologist. if not, maybe it's just because you're under stress.
try and talk with your grandma. tell her in a gentle way to avoid doing the things that cause stress to you. i'm sure she doesn't mean harm. she loves you and she'll understand you if you talk to her in a nice way. maybe if you try to put yourself in her shoes, you would understand her better. you can meet halfway regarding the things on which you disagree. this will make life easier for you.
