Why do they do these things to us? Money. They dont' care that us avid SoapNet watchers wont' change to the other channel...so they'd better watch that the viewers don't stop watching Y&R all together! Keep it on SoapNet, producers!

It is being done by CBS because they own a large stake in TV Guide Network. The reruns will still be shown on the CBS Y&R page, too. I never watch anything on Soap Net since I haven't felt the need. If I miss one I either watch on the CBS site or through Comcast since that is my Internet service provider and they have many shows available for free to their customers.

I'm not into all that stuff and sitting at my PC to watch TV just is no fun. I used to stop everything and watch during the day (back with all three ABC ones and Y&R - finding out I wasted alot of time during the day!) and would record them on VHS back in the day to watch at night when I worked. But these last 2 years since AMC and then OLTL were cancelled, I watch only Y&R nad GH and since I have a DVR with my cable service, I learned to use that and just record them during the day, quilt all day and then watch them at bedtime. I got spoiled in that I fast forward through the commercials and if I watch on SoapNet I have to watch them! But I guess if no big deal if it leaves...now that I think about it..I guess no big deal if it leaves! I just hate that ABC is always pre-empted for every single little thing and if I have SoapNet I can watch then instead of missing the eipsode...like I'd die if I did miss any of them..but you know what I mean!!!
