I had my first alopecia after giving birth on my only son. After several months my hair came back. But when me and my husband get together for a year i get stressed with him and my alopecia came back. Now i have over 10 spot baldiness. I cant comb my hair because of the excessive hair fall. Somebody help me with this matter. Please. Thanks.

There are a different reasons for losing hair, so I don't know if my solution will help you or not, but it sure does it for me. I use Nisim shampoo and conditioner. It's an herbal concoction and it really does work. I've only seen it on the internet, so do a search for it and see what you think.

I would suggest exercise, a healthy diet, and natural ways to beat stress. You might consider vitamins as well, like a Super-B vitamin. Alopecia can happen for many reason...hormones, stress, etc. Take control over the things that are in your control to bring down your stress levels and health. Things tend to clear up on their own when people do this. I use to use a LOT of hair, but when I exercised it grew back.

I have noticed that I had a lot of hair fall when I was having some problems years back. And somehow I have gotten control over it. Is alopecia common in your family? Coz if it is brought about by your genes, there really is nothing else you can do but maybe try using hair growers like Nouvo. Try checking that on the net on how you can buy them. I have seen people who have used it and said that it gave them good results.

no its not common to our family. im the only one who got this in our family. i get in to the dermatologist and they just said that its alopecia, no cure but there are treatments. treatments are kinda expensive that's why im looking for alternatives.

Try using natural and organic products (genuine please), as these will help your alopecia problems. I have similar customers who have the same problems. They tried using just ordinary natural and organic products for the hair. You may check out these products from Leyende (local Philippine made organic products that use materials that are certified by Ecocert). You may check their website (www.leyende.com). Also, to address your stress, pray :)

Hi friend, I think your alopecia is caused by stress. Try to come to beauty doctor and ask his advices. It is a good idea if you try to reduce your stress. Because stress often influence our hormones that responsible to hair health.

That's a new word for me. I do experienced the same about more than a decade agofor a year after I tried and imported shampoo brand. My hair get falls that my hairs strands get thinner and dry and there you can see obviously my scalp since other hairs did not grow back.i experienced that still occasionally.drinking a lots of water eating foods rich in antioxidant that is good for health cells can help. also being excessive in caffeine can also lead to hair loss.and yes avoid being too much stress.
