I am very happy, my pregnancy has reached three months, my nausea also reduce and I never vomit except in the morning a while after wake up. But, I concerned with my diet, I just eat a bit of rice, veggie, nuts and fruits. In fact, I want to eat meat, fish, eggs and milk, when I try them I often vomit and it make my appetite worse. Hi mylotters, it is good for my fetus if I just consume rice, veggie, nuts and fruits without meat, fish, eggs and milk?

What you are eating is fine. If you feel you need to eat other things as well minutes fish you can't have much if that any ways while pregnant because its bad for the baby but every now and then its okay. Eat those things in small amounts in small bits. You might be just in a period of your pregnancy where you have a food advertson most will go way really quick and some will last the whole pregnancy. Nuts are great for protein which will help for fat that you and the baby need. Veggies are always great and rice white rice is great for a crab but don't for get about adding wheat or some form of fiber to your dieat to help keep constipation down to none to xpvery little. Eat what you can and don't worry the baby will get what he or she needs regardless of what you eat. The foods your are missing you can get form the things you are eating. Just makes sure you have three meals a day and three healthy snacks a day. Don't think about letting too much because your not eating for two your eating for yourself in reality. The baby takes just 300 more calories daily from you. I've had two crazy pregnancy in the last two years. You should worry when you can't eat anything or whole down any liquids and when you can't pee at all.

Thank you friend, your advice is great, I happy with your opinion. Some people say that the first trimester is the great milestone to get a healthy baby. If my baby just needs about 300 calories, i think what I eat is enough to provide it. Hello friend, you are very expert about pregnancy. Thank you so much what your opinion is very important for me.

Thank you. I have two little ones 18 months apart. So pregnancy is a topic I know very well. I have group of online moms that I talk to every day and some are pregnant themselves or just had a baby.

Congratulations on the news that you are now 3 months pregnant. I am happy to hear that your nausea has decreased. It is great that you are able to eat rice, veggies, fruits and nuts. Maybe you could try milk other than from a cow like soya drink, hazelnut drink or almond nut drink. You have to get enough calcium you see. You might be able to get vitamin pills for a pregnant lady. I never eat meat, fish or eggs since I am a vegan.

Wish you all the best. Just eat whatever feels good. I am not married yet,but veggie is not bad at all. They have also many vitamins and minerals. If you think that there you might miss something without meat, fish, eggs and milk consult a doctor for any vitamin or mineral pills which have all the nutrients of those non-veg foods. Also, ask the doctor why you keeps vomitting, eating those. The doctor might have some solution.

How far along in your pregnancy are you now? Hope all is well :) You're diet sounds fine for a pregnant woman! Rice, veggies, nuts, and fruit always beat a number 7 at mcdonalds :) Congrats on your new bundle of joy!
