Is mylot really profitable or wasting time?

Many people exaggerate their earnings on MyLot. I have seen one YouTube video which claims that you can easily earn $180 a month and another article claiming that the person has earned $500 a month. Oddly enough, there are no payment proofs shown and when one looks at the profiles of these people, you see that they haven't been members for very long before they posted such ridiculous claims. Of course, such articles are complete lies and these people hope to get referrals from them. MyLot is a good site because it has a record of paying reliably on time every time for nearly 7 years. It is NOT a place where you can expect to make a living or anything like it. If you read and follow the Guidelines and like giving your opinion and discussing topics with good quality responses and comments, it can be a rewarding experience ... but the money you earn is simply a bonus.

In 4 days since you joined you have posted 4 times? If you want to earn here then you must be active because you earn nothing just for logging in and you earn nothing for what others do here. All of the responses on this topic earn NOTHING for you. They earn for those who posted them. You earn by commenting back with comments that make this become a discussion.

Hi w1ranata, I'm here to spend my leisure with fun chatting in topics I'm interested and meet beautiful people from all over the world. I'm not good in making earning here for I don't have sufficient time to type lots of posts. Further more it's quite difficult for me to get active referrals that would help in my earning here Even though it's the best site I love to log in almost everyday since the day I had joined as member. It is profitable,the reason why i came back :) You just need to be patient and industrious to write and comments and do task because the pay isnt too big if you wont do more work :)

Mylot is one way of earning while socializing. But when you are thinking of "profitable" site, for me its not.. Don't expect high rate of earning from this site. But then you might ask as to why a lot of people stick on this lot..? its because this is the place where you can share your emotions, ask advice, and meet great people.

myLot is a steady earner for those who are consistent here. Referrals are helpful but I've found they're hard to come by. That's because as I see below owlings says the outrageous amounts some people "claim" to make. myLot is not going to earn you a ton every month. Especially if you're not consistent and especially if you're not putting in the effort for quality response to discussion. Which means you probably should be genuine to what you're saying so it comes off that way and reads well. myLot however is not a waste of time in the least! Its such an amazing place that we can share, learn, grow as people and make friends. This is enough for me to come here every single day, the earnings are a good bonus and help me in my financial needs each month.

Hi, Welcome to mylot. This website works fine if you are willing to work hard. Getting referrals, posting on a daily basis, creating your own earning chain and it will definitely be profitable. However, if you are thinking mylot as an easy money program, let me remind you it is not. From all these time i have been here what i have learned is.. You work hard you get paid, you don't work hard and you don't get paid. Simple as that :]

I think one can earn money from myLot and also get lots of good friends from myLot. Income from myLot should not be considered as main income and should be considered as part-time job income and also one should try to enjoy spending time here.

Mylot is one of the greatest site where you can earn. But that would depend on how active you can be in the site. For people who might think that they would earn so much from the site without really having the heart for writing, well, it maybe difficult for them. Most of the active members here share the same interest, and that is writing with passion. And when you love what you do, you tend to do more which then results to good amount of money as well.

It depends! If you ignore your offline work and do mylotting then its waste of time but if you do it in leisure time just to have fun then its OK and you can earn a bit of money through it. Don't ever think of full your pocket by the earnings you get here.

Base on my personal experience, mylot really earns though it's not a lot or shall I say it depends on the contents of your discussions and comments.At first my motive in joining here is to earn money but as time pass by, I did not only earn but I also made good relationship with other members from different parts of the world.It also gives a sense of fulfillment when you can help and give advice to some problematic persons.

I think my lot is a great place to meet people from all over the world and to earn money at the same time. if you are active here at my lot youll earn. Nice to have you here.

Profitable at the same time enjoyable, i can say it is enjoyable beacause I am enjoying participatung discussion and also in my creating my discussions :)

myLot is mainly place where you can share your opinions with others. Discuss various topics, upload photos and so on :) I like talking and writting stuff and that´s why I am here. And also I need to practise my English :)

MyLot is profitable in a sense that one can gain enjoyment in discussing ideas with the other members; making friends; earning few cents while having fun; learning ideas from discussions; and even helping others by giving your opinions and sharing ideas that may be beneficial to others. I have been here since 2009 (since my old account) and I can tell that I have earned more than a hundred dollars. The big portion of that earning came from doing tasks. I don't really expect to earn hundreds and thousands of dollars here. Earning here is just a 'bonus' instead of wasting time in other social networking or websites.

Well just look at it this way, you go to Facebook, there are some groups where you find different topics to comment,first of all hardly anyone cares about your comments there,you get abused if you disagree many times and last but not the least you dont get paid for sharing your opinion.Take this website as one of those where you can share your views and have fun,only difference is here you get paid for those views and the environment is clean and disciplined.If only money making is the aim the you might get disappointed .

Hi, Welcome to mylot. I think mylot is profitable. we can earn extra money here on mylot. It can not give us huge amount.t is profitable in the sense of sharing ideas and knowledge and we enjoy our quality time with it. It is not the wastage of time.

Hi there ! Welcome here ! I believed anything that you enjoyed doing is never a wasting of time , it is not wasting here , it is making our time productive ! I don't like to use the word 'profitable ' it is more on earnings. One so sure about Mylot ,it that pays us for our efforts given in here . Just have patience and keep working don't think so much about earnings for it will come without noticing it. most members are good and supportive. Feel at home !!

earning in mylot is really possible but you should be patient and earning here really needs a lot of hard work.. but mylot is not all about money.. you can also gain friends here and learn from the discussions here and share your views and have fun communicating.. if you enjoy being here then earning is just a bonus..

It is profitable. If you can do a few tasks, it can be even more profitable. If you use the myLot search option to surf the internet, it can be even more profitable. If you post questions and answers it can be more profitable. In money and in information too. The truth is i joined this website as a way to make money too. But now after a week ten days of joining i find myself spending time here having conversations, making friends, getting help with various problems that arise and hopefuly helping others with my replies. Of course i still like that i earn and i wouldnt be as active if the money wasnt into play, but it's not the only reason i am here as it was when i first joined recently. You cannot get rich here, you cannot make a salary here, i dont think you can make even a part time salary spending all day every day here. I dont think, but you get to make some pocket money and some info-money :p haha The only problem i have been having is that it takes 28-48 hours for the earnings to update, and its kind of annoying, especially when i notice that an update appears to be less than i thought i would be getting. Ohh well. Welcome :)
