Now don't get me confused with the people extreme couponers, I haven't gone that far yet lol. This week me & my girlfriend went and cleared the shelves on Yo-plait yogurt with our coupons though. I got 20 yogurts for $0.84, she checked out and got 20 more for $0.84, then we went back again and got some killer deal on Kellogs, and General Mills cereals. I'm so serious guys, DON'T KNOCK IT TO YOU TRY IT. I don't play sports and school keeps me from hanging out so this is definitely my adrenaline rush.
Do any of you coupon? Have reasons why you don't trying it?

I have heard that couponing is how the rich get richer. I am not such how they get richer from this though, because I have not yet saved that much and cannot understand how they do it. I do have one story from couponing I have done myself quite a few years ago. I had a coupon for deoderant and it was the only item i bought and by using this coupon I received a nickel in return. the deoderant was a nickel cheaper than the coupon. I was happy on that. I hope you have continued success with this.

It's very intimidating at first but it does get fun and more and more addicting every time you get a killer deal. The way I look at it is if you can just save $1 on your grocery bill you're still doing better than you were before. I think the whole rich get richer idea comes from the idea that people with families are paying very little if anything at all for grocery over the span of a year. What some people do is put the money they have saved away in an account/jar.
