packing up for a short out of town trip

I will be leaving on Monday to an out of town trip with few of my co-workers. It is a work related trip but at the same time we will be surely having a good time once we are there. Quite excited because I have been looking forward for this. It is supposed to be a free expense since it will be shouldered by the admin but sad to say the budget that we requested (the check) was not released because the person who was about to sign it was attending a seminar and be back on Monday as well. The cashier told us that the expenses will be reimbursed when we get back after 4 days!!
Good thing that I had extra money for this and I had no choice but to spend it there. Anyway, I don't like to ruin the plan just because of this issue.

Wow enjoy that work trip , though it is related to work still that is a very beautiful trip because your off from that four cornered office. Fresh air and freedom to feel life you can have now. You need that break for it will make you better employee and person.

Well that looks like an exciting trip for u and if u do not get some time to roam about during the trip then it would be a miserable one for u. anyways now u do not have to worry as u have extra money with u so spend within your budget so that u can get it reimbursed after your admin returns.

I will maximize my chance of that first visit. I do not want to regret not giving it time to roam the place. I will deal with the reimbursement later when I get back...hahaha

It's nice to go on for trips with friends or co-workers.
Thu you're a bit sad about the budget- don't let the thing spoil this trip.

There is nothing more wonderful for me when we have to go to another place while working. hehehe... It is the only time that you can work but at the same time feel relaxed and the best part of it is that it is free. hehehe... Though in your case, you have pay for it first but it will get reimbursed. So don't let that ruin your trip.
