Could you help to take a picture of us?
2)if i'd like to offer my help to foreign friends when they need:
Let me help you to take your picture.
3)if i want to invite foreign friends to have a group photo together, all of us are taken by some other unknown person who is just a passer-by:

What you are saying is fine. It may be the way you are saying it that's not working out for you. Not everyone wants to help out, so just leave them be & ask someone else. It's really a "numbers game"! Not everyone wants their photo taken also, as they don't know where it might end up & we should respect people's rights to privacy. The other way around it is to set up your camera on a timer so that you don't need any help.

Its not uncommon for tourists to want to take photos with their friends when they are in a foreign land. I am going to assume that you are wanting a complete stranger to help with the photo taking as you and your friend's hands are either full or are posing for the photo.
This is the way I would ask a stranger.
1.Can you please take a photo of me?
Your grammar and the way you asked looks good as well.
2. Would you like me to take your picture?
Again your grammar is ok.
3. Can you take a picture of all of us? Would everyone like to take a photo? Can we take a group photo?
Again there are many ways that the english language can be put together into sentences. With anything the more you practice the better you will become.
