internet surfing - anything to surf which makes my time useful???

Hii i will be online always, atleast some 7 to 8 hours online per day. I will waste my most of time surfing unwanted things like social networking sites and many more. I want to make my internet surfing time useful and also want to earn some money from internet, can anyone say me how to make my time useful in internet, what to surf, what to learn .... etc

Personally, if you're going to be "surfing", you might as well get paid for it. For that, I recommend traffic exchanges (TE's). You've got the oldest and most trusted, EasyHits4U. You get paid 30cents for every 1000 pages you surf. Cashout is only $3 to Paypal or Payza. A couple of other paid-to-surfs are: VastHits and SmileyTraffic. Both of these pay 20cents per 1000 surfed.
