i used to go to a lot of bookstores whenever i had the chance to go in a mall. i love looking to book sections to where i can find something that will be useful in self-explorations such as emotions, attitudes and etc. however,it's just that bookshelves are so big enough to find for the perfect ones. hmmm.. what do you think would be the best book that tells us how to handle emotions...thanks for the help.

Mystery books have always caught my attention. Any book with a front cover in which is drawn the frightened picture of a man or woman, ghost, haunted house etc.. is enough to catch anybody’s attention.
Apart from mystery books, tourist guides catch my attention. I once bought the book ‘A guide to Europe’. In this book, a lot of information is given about the various countries of Europe.
Recipe books and any book on food also catches my attention.

Well i am glad to hear that u love reading books and very often i have heard anyone saying that he or she goes to a bookstore upon going to a mall and that is really a good thing.I think u should go for those books which have described how to handle and have a control over the emotions and may be meditation n religious books fit the bill in this case.
