I love to cook, I love to do my own version or experiment but my finish product is yummy. I took up Hotel and Restaurant Management because I love cooking. But I did not finish it yet, becaus I got preggt when Im still studying, I want to finish my course but not this time. lolI I cooked pancit for our outing a while ago and they loved it. I'll teach you how to cook pancit on my own version.
Here are the ingredients:
Sotanghon
Carrots
Cabbage
Chicken(flaked)
Fish balls
Kikiam
Bell Pepper
Baguio beans
Onion
Soy sauce
And here how to cook:
Saute onion,chicken, kikiam and fishballs, put lots of water, wait until the water boil. If the water boiled put the sotanghon and stir it until the sotanghon will be cooked, put soy sauce, salt or patis and pepper. Then put all the ingredients, cover it for 5-7minutes. Then it is done :)

Wow! It is good to have your recipe.Cooking and serving is a great art. I feel sorry that you have not finished your course on cooking. Your reason is also logical.

first thanks for the great recipe
do you know i am cook,i love cooking and i have many recipes,and especially i love cooking my way to the foods which are traditional.
i cook them again in my style,upgrade or arrange.
i love spices ,using them ,their smell and everything about cooking
cooking is my everything and kitchen is my heaven

Is is great thanks for posting your recipe, i'll take note of it, i love to cook also, but sad to say i was force to take by my parents to take up commerce instead of Culinary Arts which the one i choose, but still i cook, and do experiments also, and i based most my experiments on my taste no more cooking guide actually. Oh Well i love to cook pasta and any kind of noddles, again thank for the post.

I have a bunch of hobbies that I love to do. I can't pick anyone as my favorite. I love to bake, read, write, garden and watch movies. I love to be busy so having all these hobbies makes for one busy person. As for baking I love to bake banana bread from overripe bananas. I love to make brownies and cupcakes. I love to read all types and there is nothing better then reading a book that I can't put down. I love to write which is why I'm addicted to mylot. I love to garden as I have flowers and plenty of fruits and veggies growing in my yard to take care of. I also love to watch movies from the old black and whites to the recently new releases.

You know teh we have the same story. Got preggy while studying. Hehe. My hobby is to use the internet. I don't have my own computer anymore but i can still find ways to connect with the internet. Like now i just use a java phone.

Cooking is not my favorite hobby it's just an essential to living. I've not heard of some of the ingredients to making pancit. I make mine with just carrots, ramen noodle, cabbage, chicken, shrimp, and left over pork.
Now I see that you are rather new but they don't want your discussion to be posting recipes as this post may end up deleted as any others you've done with recipes listed. Though I know many of us are open to trying new recipes or new versions of our favorites.
