Nightmare / myLot

I don't know why but I keep having this nightmare were I'm falling. It happens when I reach the stairs and no matter what I cant avoid the stairs and I always fall then I wake up. I'm not afraid of stairs or anything so i don't know why this keeps happening.

Maybe that means you are afraid of steping foward in something ? Maybe you´re afraid of change something dream come wihtin our deepest thoughts so that means there´s something in that dream that your head has inside

Something that lies within the subconscious manifests itself as a dream. I too used to get this dream of a fall from a high place and will keep chanting the name of God in my dream. Many a time I have woken up with the cry "Oh God ! Please save me!" It has also occurred when I was emotionally upset over something.
